Simply put, we’re a group of people who are passionate about fitness. Moreso, we’re passionate about our community and building each other up through our community-based group fitness classes in Chadds Ford.

Whether you’re looking for a place to do CrossFit off of the 202 or you’re looking for a way to hold yourself accountable to your fitness goals, our founders, Clair and Kirsten, have worked hard to create the ultimate group workout space designed to create true, long-lasting results.

Hi! I'm Clair and the very proud owner of Pike Fitness. My business partner, Kirsten, and I have worked hard to create a very special place for people to work out and become part of a strong, member-based community.

I am English, sadly not 21, have three children, and a passion for fitness (and Pinot Grigio). I am married to Jon who I am forever grateful to for allowing me to fulfill this dream!

I have always enjoyed fitness — particularly group exercise — and have been a member of many different gyms over the years. There have been a few coaches who have inspired me along the way, but none of them have even come close to Kirsten. When an opportunity to work with her arose, I jumped on it.

We are confident we have created a place and a class for everyone at our gym in Chadds Ford. Come visit our CrossFit gym, check out our community-based approach to fitness and group fitness classes, and see what we are about. I can't wait to meet you!


Kirsten Stallone

My name is Kirsten Stallone, no relation to Sylvester. I am the co-owner of Pike Fitness, Home of CrossFit 202. I am the other half to my English biscuit Clair Kirby. Together, we founded our Chadds Ford gym and we are the heart of Pike Fitness.

I am a former NCAA Soccer player from Wilmington University. While there I was awarded NCAA rookie of the year my freshman year, and still hold NCAA division II most assists in a single season. After college, I truly started to find my love for fitness. I worked as a personal trainer for three years before transitioning full-time into group fitness. I love the idea of making someone's quality of life better through health and fitness, and that’s exactly what we do through our CrossFit classes and group fitness classes here in Chadds Ford. The best part is the people you meet through the process. I met Clair through group fitness training, and now I can say that she is one of the most influential people in my life.

We have a goal, and we have the drive to bring together a community of people and improve each day better than the last. We cannot wait to have you in for a workout, but most importantly, have you join our community!
