Simply put, we’re a group of people who are passionate about fitness. Moreso, we’re passionate about our community and building each other up through our community-based group fitness classes in Chadds Ford.

Whether you’re looking for a place to workout off of the 202 or you’re looking for a way to hold yourself accountable to your fitness goals, our founder, Clair has worked hard to create the ultimate group workout space designed to create true, long-lasting results.

Hi! I'm Clair and the very proud owner of Pike Fitness. I have worked hard to create a very special place for people to work out and become part of a strong, member-based community.

I am English, sadly not 21, have three children, and a passion for fitness (and Pinot Grigio). I am married to Jon who I am forever grateful to for allowing me to fulfill this dream!

I have always enjoyed fitness — particularly group exercise — and have been a member of many different gyms over the years.

I am confident I have created a place and a class for everyone at my gym in Chadds Ford. Come visit, check out our community-based approach to fitness and group fitness classes, and see what we are about. I can't wait to meet you!

Chris Commodari

I've been heavily involved in coaching movement for about 8 years. This has been through CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, personal training, boot camp style classes etc. I take pride in learning about and honing this craft of coaching.

I've been fortunate enough to have coached some really stellar people. I've also been mentored and coached by some of the best coaches in the country over the course of my career, and I hope to pass that on to you.

Some of my interests include reading, pastel finger-painting, rock climbing, puppy petting and eating more food than you can fathom.

Hi there ! My fitness journey started 11 years ago at the Hockessin PAL Center. I would get off the bus everyday from school and go tot the weight room, where I learned to lift from the older members and police officers.
I was also a high school and college rower. From there I began to body build and decided to expand my horizon into power and olympic weight lifting. I loved it so three years ago I joined a CrossFit gym and the rest is history !

I received my Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and Strength and Conditioning and am now in nursing school and on the pathway to receive my MSN and work in Pediatrics. I also work at Nemours AI Dupont Children's Hospital.

I am a certified personal trainer, CrossFit Level 1 trainer snd USAW Weightlifting coach. When I'm not at the gym I like to cuddle my puppies and wedding plan with my fiancé Kevin.

Jenn Givler

Hi! I found Yoga and CrossFit in 2008 as I was losing 70lbs and recovering from life long depression. Fitness and Yoga are amazing vehicles to show you how strong you arena that you can accomplish anything.

I am CrossFit Level 1 coach and am certified in Vinyasa, Classical and Yim Yoga.

When Im not at the gym I am hiking, kayaking, eating or trying to convince my husband that we need two Belgian Malinois puppies.

Jack Pulte

I am currently a physical education major at Delaware Community College and will be transferring to West Chester University next year. I coach football at Garnet Valley high school working with the running backs . I have been coaching there for three years. I also coach special olympics basketball.
Coaching and athletics are a huge passion for me.

When Im not in the gym I enjoy training for my marathon and hanging out with my brothers and my family.

Ive enjoyed exercising since I can remember. I have been involved in sports since an early age. Once I had children exercise took on a whole new meaning. Not only did I exercise because I enjoyed it but I did it to keep up with my three busy kids. Kids learn by example and modeling a healthy active lifestyle is important to me .

I love working at Pike . When I'm not at Pike or running my kids around I enjoy spending time with my husband, Sean.

Hi I'm Za. Pronounced with a short a. Don't worry everyone mispronounces it at first . Or for always. NBD. I am a mom. I homeschool my three wildflower children. Xavier - 12, Aurora - 10 and Mica - 9.
I discovered CrossFit and Olympic lifting about 8 years ago. I've been coaching both for almost 6 years. I'm pretty fortunate and grateful for the coaches I've experienced and training I've received fro the very start. It has given me deep respect for safety and quality. This is what I hope to pass on to everyone I get to interact with at Pike .. Safe and correct movement, strength in performance and firm understanding.

I also own two businesses. One of which I am a hair and makeup artist and beauty and wellness consultant. I offer support in order to continue to be active, to stay pain free and be healthy, all whilst we age. Athlete or not .

Owner of Primelife Nutrition, Kristen is a registered Dietician and works with members to find out what's working for you, what might not be, and how to find a plan individualized for your nutrition goals.

Kristen offers nutrition counseling, grocery store tours, food sensitivity testing and individualized meal plans . Her services are covered by most health insurance companies !!
