Athletes that enroll in our program not only follow programming from a coach with the highest qualifications in the Strength and Conditioning Industry. PSP is also unique as all of our qualified coaches have also recently played a sport at the Division I level or higher. Our coaching team has one simple philosophy that they believe was the soul reason why they became elite athletes; Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

PSP covers all the bases of sports performance programming.
In terms of general speed and body weight movement efficiency; each session athletes work on Sprint Mechanics and Stability as well as sport specific movement patterns for speed and agility.
PSP Strength Programming
Our strength program is done in 8 week phases based on if our athletes are in or out of season. Athletes will learn how to become proficient in the back squat, split squat, deadlift and bench press. All Athletes will learn part of the movement pattern of either the Snatch or Power Clean based on the relevance to their sport. Athletes will also perform accessory strength exercises to improve existing muscle imbalances and prevent future imbalances that could lead to injury.
Our Head Sports Performance Coach
Each session with PSP includes a programmed strength phase. Our strength programming is done by Coach Maddie. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the NSCA, and is a current NCAA Strength and Conditioning Coach. Coach Maddie also holds her United States Weightlifting Association Coaching Certification and is a Certified Performance Exercise Specialist
