Performing a different body weight and/or weight training workout. Train is done at a high intensity to improve overall fitness level. Our Train classes take the variation and intensity of cross-training-based fitness but condense it down to less weightlifting movements (no barbell), integrating more body weight and dumbbell movements. These workouts will challenge each individual in their own way and push them to their own limit. These workouts help push the best endurance athletes, but also start and develop a building block for anyone new or returning to fitness.
